The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with a subway station within walking distance and many attractions just a short walk away. We were lucky to have a room with a view of the Empire State Building, which was a fantastic bonus. The staff at the front desk, particularly Danny M and Jeff, were always busy but still provided excellent customer service. They promptly took care of any requests we had, and Danny even helped us arrange a cab to the airport. The helpful and courteous staff made our stay even more enjoyable.
